Immoderation (Big Five Facet)
How much you act on urges and cravings versus resisting them.
Über diesen Test
This facet reflects the tendency to give in to urges, cravings and short-term temptations rather than holding back. It is one of the 30 facets of the Big Five model and describes a personality tendency (from the Neuroticism domain) — how you generally are — not a clinical diagnosis. Each score simply shows where you tend to sit; there is no good or bad result.

How is this scored?
Your four answers (each 1 to 5) are added up, with reverse-worded items flipped, for a total from 4 to 20. A higher score means more of the trait. There is no good or bad score — it shows where you tend to sit.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. It measures a normal personality tendency from the Big Five model, not a mental-health condition.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The items come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool, which is free to use for any purpose with the source credited.
