Editorial & Corrections Policy
How Reflenta's content is created and maintained — selection, sources, review and corrections. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
How we create content
Every test is a validated, freely available instrument drawn from primary sources such as the WHO, the U.S. National Center for PTSD, the PHQ family, the International Personality Item Pool and published research papers. We reproduce each questionnaire faithfully and write our own plain-language explanations.
Sources and citations
On every test page we name the original instrument and its source. In our explanations we rely on the instruments' own manuals and on guidance from recognised bodies such as the APA, DSM-5, the WHO and the VA.
Review
Before publishing, we check wording, scoring and score bands against the original published version. We invite qualified professionals to contact us for clinical review or collaboration.
Independence and funding
Reflenta is free. We run no advertising, sell no data, and offer no sponsored tests. No outside party influences our content.
Updates and corrections
Pages are dated and updated when sources change. If you spot an error, please report it — we verify and correct promptly, and note material changes.
Not a diagnosis
All content is educational and does not replace professional assessment. See also our standards.
