About this test
This facet reflects how quickly you warm up to others and how comfortable you feel around people. It is one of the 30 facets of the Big Five model and describes a personality tendency (from the Extraversion domain) — how you generally are — not a clinical diagnosis. Each score simply shows where you tend to sit; there is no good or bad result.

Your four answers (each 1 to 5) are added up, with reverse-worded items flipped, for a total from 4 to 20. A higher score means more of the trait. There is no good or bad score — it shows where you tend to sit.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. It measures a normal personality tendency from the Big Five model, not a mental-health condition.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The items come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool, which is free to use for any purpose with the source credited.
