Morningness–Eveningness Questionnaire (rMEQ)
Are you a morning lark or a night owl? Find your chronotype.
Über diesen Test
Your chronotype is your body's natural preference for when to be awake and active. “Morning types” (larks) wake and peak early; “evening types” (owls) come alive later in the day. This five-question version of the well-known Morningness–Eveningness Questionnaire places you on that scale. Knowing your type can help you plan sleep, work and exercise around your natural rhythm.

Häufige Fragen
What is a chronotype?
Your natural preference for the timing of sleep and activity. It is largely biological and shifts with age — for example, many teenagers are owls and shift earlier later in life.
Can I change my chronotype?
You can shift it somewhat with light, sleep timing and routine, but your underlying tendency stays fairly stable. It is usually easier to plan around it than to fight it.
