Sensibilidad sensorial
Highly Sensitive Person Test (HSP Scale)
Are you a highly sensitive person? Answer yes or no.
Sobre este test
Sensory processing sensitivity, popularly called being a “highly sensitive person” (HSP), describes people who notice more in their surroundings and are more easily affected by it — by sights, sounds, other people's moods, and busy environments. It is a normal trait, not a disorder, found in roughly 15–20% of people. Answer each question honestly for how you generally are.

Preguntas frecuentes
How is it scored?
Count your yes answers. Elaine Aron's rule of thumb: 14 or more yes answers suggests you are highly sensitive. No test is exact, so treat it as a guide.
Is being highly sensitive a disorder?
No. It is a normal personality trait found in a large minority of people, with both strengths (depth, empathy, noticing detail) and challenges (getting overwhelmed).
