A short 5-item measure of general well-being.
About this test
The WHO-5 is a short, widely used measure of general well-being from the World Health Organization. Higher scores mean better well-being. A raw score of 13 or below (or a large recent drop) suggests looking closer — it can also be used as a first screen for low mood. Multiply the raw score by 4 to get a 0–100 percentage.

How is the WHO-5 scored?
Add up the five answers (0–25). Multiply by 4 for a 0–100 percentage. Higher means better well-being.
